Editor’s Note (24 Jun 2023): During the renovation of Fracking Resource Guide, I came across a handwritten letter to the Pennsylvania Environmental Quality Board, 4 Aug 2010. This PDF includes the handwritten testimony from by Dr. Thomas M. Yatsonsky and Diana L. Yatsonsky. It is an example of the anti-fracking movement of independent citizens that this website celebrates and seeks to preserve.
